(Alliance News) - Recordati Spa announced on Tuesday that it had purchased 68,614 of its own ordinary shares between January 26 and January 30.

The shares were acquired at an average unit price of EUR46.5320, for a total value of EUR3.2 million.

As of today, the company holds 5.1 million treasury shares, representing 2.4% of its share capital.

Recordati's stock closed up 2.4% on Tuesday at EUR47.92 per share.
