Reece Limited announced the appointment of Jacqueline Chow to the Reece Limited Board as an Independent Non-Executive Director effective 1 November 2025. Jacqueline will assume the role of Chair of the Remuneration Committee and stand for election at the 2025 Annual General Meeting. Jacqueline (Jacq) brings over 20 years' corporate leadership experience, having held both Executive and Non-Executive roles in general management, strategy, marketing and technology across a diverse range of sectors, including industrial, retail, telecommunications and financial services.

Jacqueline currently serves as Independent Non-Executive Director nib Holdings Limited, Charter Hall Group and Coles Group. She is also a Chairman of Australia-Israel Chamber of Commerce of New South Wales and Queensland. Previously, Jacqueline held senior executive roles at Fonterra, including Chief Operating Officer, Global Consumer and Food Service, where she led a team of 11,000 people across Asia Pacific, The Americas, Europe and Middle East Africa.

Prior to that, Jacqueline held senior positions at Campbell Soup Company and Kellogg Company. Jacqueline is well regarded for her strategic leadership in driving customer growth through innovation, digital technologies, and sustainable performance. An experienced Non-Executive Director, Jacqueline is currently serving as a Non-Executive Director on the Boards of nib Holdings Limited, Coles Group and Charter Hall.

She is also the Chairman of the Australia-Israel Chamber of Commerce of New South Wales and Queensland. Jacqueline held previous Non-Executive Director positions on the Boards of Boral, Fisher & Paykel, Dairy Partners Americas Brasil and Deputy Chairman of Global Dairy Platform Inc. Prior to commencing her Non-Executive career, Jacqueline held senior positions at Accenture, the Kellogg Company, and Campbell Soup Company and most recently, she was the Chief Operating Officer, Global Consumer and Food Service for Fonterra. At Fonterra, Jacqueline managed $6 billion global P&L business led a team of 11,000 employees across Asia Pacific, The Americas, Europe and Middle East Africa.

Her tenure at Fonterra also included leading the Velocity Transformation Programme, driving cultural change and innovation. Jacqueline holds a Bachelor of Science (Hons) from the University of New South Wales and holds a Master of Business Administration (Dean's Distinguished Service Award) from the Northwestern University, USA.
