Reticulate Micro, Inc. announced that it has entered into a certain subscription agreement with new lender ATW Partners LLC for proceeds of up to $50,000,000 on October 15, 2025. The company will issue senior secured convertible notes at an interest rate of 15% per annum. The shares will be issued at multiple tranches.
