Robinhood Markets, Inc. (NasdaqGS:HOOD) and Susquehanna Investment Group entered into an agreement to acquire 90% stake in MIAX Derivatives Exchange from Miami International Holdings, Inc. (NYSE:MIAX) on November 25, 2025. Miami International Holdings will retain 10% stake in the company.

The transaction is expected to close in the first quarter of 2026 and is subject to customary closing conditions and certain filings with the CFTC.

Robinhood Markets, Inc. (NasdaqGS:HOOD) and Susquehanna Investment Group completed the acquisition of 90% stake in MIAX Derivatives Exchange from Miami International Holdings, Inc. (NYSE:MIAX) on January 20, 2026.
