Rockwell Land Corporation executed today share purchase agreement to acquire 74% stake in Alabang Commercial Corp from group of sellers for PHP 21.6 billion.

Rockwell Land Corporation (PSE:ROCK) executed today share purchase agreement to acquire 74% stake in Alabang Commercial Corp from group of sellers for PHP 21.6 billion on December 22, 2025. A cash consideration of PHP 21.6 billion valued at PHP 35337.88 per share will be paid by Rockwell Land Corporation. As part of consideration, PHP 21.6 billion is paid towards common equity of Alabang Commercial Corp.
