On March 5, 2026, James A. Winnefeld Jr. notified the Board of Directors of RTX Corporation of his intention to resign as a director of the Company, effective as of March 5, 2026. Effective upon Mr. Winnefeld's resignation as a director, the size of the Company's Board will be reduced from eleven to ten.
