The Board of Saab AB (publ) proposed a dividend of SEK 2.40 per share to be paid out in two equal instalments. At the first instalment, SEK 1.20 per share is paid with the record date 7 April 2026. At the second instalment, SEK 1.20 per share is paid with the record date 6 October 2026.

Provided the General Meeting resolves according to this proposal, payment of the dividend is expected to be made from Euroclear Sweden AB on 10 April 2026 and on 9 October 2026.
