Saizeriya Co.,Ltd. (TSE:7581) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase 200,000 shares, representing 0.41% of its share capital, for ¥1,000 million. The company will repurchase its shares in order to implement a flexible capital policy in response to changes in the business environment.
The program will run until February 12, 2026. As of December 31, 2025, the company had 49,109,091 shares outstanding (excluding treasury shares) and 3,163,251 shares in treasury.
