Samantha, Inc. announced that it has received ¥740 million in a round of funding led by new investor, DG Daiwa Ventures Inc. on September 17, 2025. The transaction also included participation from new investors, EX Innovation Fund 1, a fund managed by Simplex Capital Investment Co., Ltd., Cygames Capital, Inc., Apollo Capital Co., Ltd., Bandai Namco Entertainment Inc., Investment Arm, Hakuhodo DY ONE Inc., The Gogin Capital Co. Ltd. and returning investor, XTech Ventures Co., Ltd., GENDA Capital Inc. and Ceres Inc. The company has raised funding through the third party allotment of new shares.

The company has received a total of ¥1.1 billion in funding till date.
