Sappi Limited announced in accordance with paragraph 3.59(c) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, shareholders are advised of the following board committee changes, effective 1 September 2025: Mr. Mike Fallon has resigned as a member of the Human Resources and Compensation Committee and has been appointed to the Social, Ethics, Transformation and Sustainability Committee. Ms Bonakele Mehlomakulu has resigned as a member of the Social, Ethics, Transformation and Sustainability Committee and has been appointed to the Human Resources and Compensation Committee.
