Chair of the board in SATS ASA, Hugo Maurstad, has today transferred 3,500,000 shares to his private account from his wholly owned investment company, Funkybiz AS.

The transfer price is set to NOK 38.4 per share, equal to the closing price of the share at Euronext Oslo Børs on November 28, 2025.

Following the transfer, Maurstad’s total shareholding remains unchanged at 5,149,933 shares, held personally and through Funkybiz AS.
