Saudi Tadawul Group Holding Co. Announces Formation of Audit Committee and Appointment of New Members, Effective January 2, 2026

Saudi Tadawul Group Holding Co. announces the formation of the Audit Committee Members for the Board term starting on 02 January 2026. Mr. Omar Mohammed AlHoshan (Chairman) Mr. Omar AlHoshan is the founder and Managing Partner of Omar AlHoshan CPA & Consultants in Saudi Arabia.

He has contributed to many of the top 100 companies in Saudi Arabia and GCC countries in the areas of governance, accounting, auditing financial planning, business performance measurement, business restructuring, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, risk assessment, human resources, financial and business solutions and technology. Mr. Omar is instrumental in the business improvement initiatives in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and served on numerous boards and committees, including Saudi Tadawul Group, Alawwal Invest, AbuNayyan Holding, Cruise Saudi Arabia, MedGulf, SAMBA Financial Group, Saudi Investment Recycling Company (SIRC), and SALIC. Mr. Omar is a Harvard Business School Certified Board Director, and Certified Public Accountant.

Mr. Abdullah Fahad AlAbduljabbar (Member) Mr. Abdullah Abduljabbar has a massive experience extending to about (25) years in the fields of investment, management, strategic planning, banking, advisory, corporate finance, as well as the international and local capital markets. He is a seasoned professional in establishing strategic investment entities and leading primary initiatives across various sectors, including gaming, artificial intelligence, and data centers. He also has a strong track record in managing complex negotiations, working with high-level government committees, and shaping international agreements and artificial intelligence governance and strategies.

Mr. Abdullah currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of SANABIL Investments since June 2019, and is a member of the Board of Directors and Investment Committee. He is also a member of the Boards of Directors of Humain and Savvy Gaming Group, which are chaired by HRH the Crown Prince of Saudi Arabia, ACWA Power, Alhilal Club Company, Richard Attias & Associates Company, Major Food Group, and Barrq Finance Company, and he is also the Chairman of SNB Capital. Previously, Mr. Abdullah headed the Strategy and Business Development Division at Bank Albilad before founding Marco Strategic Advisory in 2015.

Mr. Abdullah began his career at Arab National Bank (ANB) and Saudi Industrial Development Fund (SIDF), where he gained foundational professional experience. In 2004, he joined the Capital Market Authority (CMA) at its inception and served the organization for (8) years. Mr. Abdullah graduated from California State University, Hayward, in June 1998 with a Bachelor of Economics and Political Science.

He also successfully completed the Chase Manhattan Bank?s Credit Training Program in 2000 in New York, USA. Mr. Abdulhameed Sulaiman AlMuhaidib (Member) Mr. Abdulhameed AlMuhaidib has been serving in ACWA Power for the last 16 years and currently run the Group CFO function. Mr. Abdulhameed manages the finance, tax, insurance, investors relations, as well as enterprise business solutions.

During his journey within ACWA Power, he handled multiple roles, including Executive Director under Assets Management where he was managing the world largest Concentrated Solar Power project as CEO since 2018. Prior to that, Mr. Abdulhameed used to serve as CEO of another renewable project as well as spent 6 years within the corporate finance function. He also served as a Board and committee member in couple of ACWA Power project companies.

Prior to joining ACWA Power, Mr. Abdulhameed had served in HSBC being part of the Global Investment Advisory team for two years. Currently, Mr. Abdulhameed serves at HSBC Saudi Arabia Board of Directors and a Risk Committee member at Saudi Awwal Bank (SAB) as well as the Audit Committee member of Saudi Tadawul Group. Previously, Mr. Abdulhameed also used to serve as an Audit & Risk Committee Member in Savola Group.

Mr. Abdulhameed completed his bachelor?s degree in finance at University of Miami, FL. He also carries a master degree (MBA) from Pepperdine University in California. He was also selected and completed KSA Leadership 2030 Program sponsored by HRH Mohammed bin Salman Foundation (MISK).

Ms. Latifah Homod AlSabhan (Member) Ms. Latifa AlSabhan began her career in banking in 1998, after she joined the Saudi British Bank as manager and head of asset and liability reporting. Ms. Latifa has also served as Assistant General Manager of SAMBA Financial Group from 1999 to 2007. She then moved to serve as Chief Financial Officer at ANB Invest and Arab National Bank, respectively.

Ms. Latifa has served as Chief Financial Officer and Head of the Finance and Planning division at the Arab National Bank. She also served as a member of several management committees, including the Audit Committee of ANB Capital, having more than 20 years of experience. Ms. Latifa is a member National Infrastructure Fund Audit Committee.

Ms. Latifa holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Accounting from the University of Kansas in 1998, and a CPA Certificate from Illinois. Dr. Abdulrahman Mohammad AlBarrak (Member) Dr. Abdulrahman AlBarrak serves as Chairman and Board Member of several government authorities and private sector companies, in addition to chairing and serving on various board committees. He brings extensive and specialized experience in financial markets, particularly in the areas of company listings and corporate governance.

Throughout his professional career, Dr. Abdulrahman has held a number of senior leadership positions, most notably as Vice Chairman of the Saudi Capital Market Authority, Chairman of Thiqah Business Solutions, and Chairman of MedGulf Insurance Company. With respect to audit committees, he chairs and serves on several committees, including Chairman of the Audit Committee at Elm Company, Chairman of the Audit Committee at BinDawood Holding, Chairman of the Audit and Risk Committee at Badael, and Chairman of the Audit Committee at the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority. Dr. Abdulrahman holds a PhD in Finance from the University of Newcastle in the United Kingdom, a Master?s degree in Finance from the University of Colorado in the United States of America, and a Bachelor?s degree in Accounting from King Faisal University.

He has also participated in several advanced executive and leadership programs offered by leading global institutions, including Harvard University, Stanford University in the United States, and IMD in Switzerland.
