Saviynt, Inc. announced that it has received $700 million in a round of funding on led by new investor, KKR Next Generation Technology Growth Fund III SCSp managed by KKR & Co. Inc. on December 9, 2025. The transaction included participation from new investors, Sixth Street Partners, LLC, Ten Eleven Ventures, LLC, and returning investor, Carrick Capital Management Company, LLC.

The round is raised at a post money valuation of $3,000 million. The company has raised funds through convertible preferred stock.
