Sberbank of Russia (MISX:SBER) acquired an unknown minority stake in PJSC Element (MISX:ELMT) from Sistema Public Joint Stock Financial Corporation (MISX:AFKS) in a transaction valued at approximately RUB 24 billion on December, 2025. sberbank will receive virtually all the assets that are part of the group, Robot Corporation remains under the control of AFK Sistema. after the completion of the deal, all of Element's production assets will be transferred to the management of one of Sberbank's subsidiaries, on the basis of which it is further planned to consolidate other companies in the industry. PJSC Element will be dissolved.
