Scentre Group has commenced an any and all tender offer for all of its outstanding USD 1,312 million Non-Call 2030 Subordinated Notes (Notes) (AUD 1,794 million equivalent). The Group intends to finance the purchase of the Notes with drawings under its existing senior bank facilities. Details of the tender result will be announced in due course.

Company Profile

Scentre Group is an Australia-based company, which owns and operates a platform of 42 Westfield destinations with 37 located in Australia and five in New Zealand. Its retail services offer to help retailers trade, promote their business and enhance customer experience, including Marketing Services, Gift Cards, Centre Services and Marketing Hub. Its BrandSpace gives businesses access to over 1,800 full motion SuperScreens and SmartScreens and various retail pop-up and promotional touchpoints, located to optimize customer connections. The Company operates through two segments: Property Investment, Property Management and Construction. The Property investments segment owns and operates shopping centers. The Company's Property management and construction segment includes external fee income from third parties, primarily property management and development fees, and associated business expenses.
