Schaeffler AG herewith called for early redemption all outstanding Notes of the EUR 500,000,000 4.5% Notes due 2026 (ISIN: DE000A3823R3, German Security Code (WKN): A3823R) (the "Notes") with effect as of July 14, 2026 (the "Call Redemption Date"). The call is exercised in accordance with § 4(c)(ii) of the terms and conditions of the Notes (the "Terms and Conditions") (Early redemption at the option of the Issuer.). The Notes will be redeemed on the Call Redemption Date at their Specified Denomination together with interest accrued to but excluding the Call Redemption Date, all in accordance with the Terms and Conditions.

Terms used but not defined in this notice shall have the same meaning as in the Terms and Conditions.
