Sdiptech AB (publ) had received valid tenders in an aggregate principal amount of SEK 307,500,000. Sdiptech AB (publ) has decided to increase the transaction cap, as outlined in the tender information document dated March 23, 2026, from SEK 200,000,000 to SEK 250,000,000 and accepts for purchase SEK 250,000,000 Bonds validly tendered. The tender instructions have been accepted in accordance with the Tender Information Document at a pro-rata scaling factor of 85%.
The purchase price for the Bonds validly tendered was set at 103.00% of the nominal amount plus accrued but unpaid interest. The settlement date for the Tender Offer is expected to be April 7, 2026. Nordea and SEB have acted as dealer managers in the Tender Offer.
