Construction company Semia, a Ratos portfolio company, has completed its share buyback program, under which the company repurchased 440,000 shares for a total value of approximately NOK 33 million. The program authorized buybacks of up to NOK 40 million.

The shares were repurchased at an average price of NOK 70.7 per share between May 13 and May 20.

Following the completion of these repurchases, the company holds treasury shares corresponding to 0.44 percent of the total share capital.
