Senco Gold Limited (NSEI:SENCO) agreed to acquire an unknown stake in August Jewellery Private Limited on January 21, 2026. A cash consideration will be paid by Senco Gold Limited. Senco Gold Limited is proposing to acquire 68% of the August Jewellery Private Limited?s equity share capital for an amount aggregating to INR 680 million. In this regard, Senco Gold Limited will execute: (a) Share Subscription Agreement, (b) Shareholders? Agreement and any other related documents, as may be required during the course of the transaction with August Jewellery Private Limited.

For the period ending March 31, 2025, August Jewellery Private Limited reported total revenue of INR 332.49 million.

The transaction has been approved by the Board of Directors of Senco Gold Limited. The expected completion of the transaction is April 30, 2026.
