Hent, a subsidiary of the construction group Sentia, has been awarded a contract by Entra for the second phase of the renovation of the Stenersgata 1 office property in central Oslo, according to a press release.

The project involves a total renovation of approximately 16,200 square meters of office space located above the Oslo City shopping center. Construction commenced in May, with completion scheduled for May 2028.

'This is an assignment we are proud to have secured. Stenersgata 1 is one of Oslo's most high-profile renovation projects, and we are pleased to contribute to elevating this building to a new level', says Jan Jahren, CEO of Sentia.
