SeQuent Scientific Limited announced that Mr. Ashish Kakabalia, Vice President of Business Development and Formulation, designated as Senior Management Personnel, vide his letter dated December 23, 2025, has tendered his resignation with immediate effect. The resignation was communicated in accordance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements Regulations, 2025. The resignation letter was addressed to the CEO of Alivira Animal Health Ltd, stating that as per mutual discussion and understanding, Mr. Kakabalia tendered his resignation from the services of the company.
The effective date of resignation is December 23, 2025.
