Sienna Senior Living Inc. (TSX:SIA) entered into a purchase agreement to acquire Hygate Active Community Living for CAD 93.3 million on November 5, 2025. The transaction will be funded through cash on hand and existing credit facilities.

The transaction is subject to regulatory and governance approvals, and customary closing conditions. The transaction is expected to close within 60 days.
