The transaction includes participation from returning investors Sutter Hill Ventures, Prosperity7 Ventures Fund, a fund managed by Aramco Ventures, with other A-list investors including new investors NVIDIA Corporation, Point72, L.P., T.Rowe Price Investment Management, Inc. and Apollo Global Management, Inc. The company issued convertible preferred shares in the transaction. The company raised funding at a post-money valuation of $3,650,000,000.
