Sify Infinit Spaces Limited announced that the company has appointed M/s. KFin Technologies Limited (KFin), as the Registrar & Share Transfer Agent (RTA) for the equity shares and preference shares of the Company with effect from August 11, 2025 pursuant to the Tripartite Agreement executed between the Company, RTA and the Depositories (i.e., National Securities Depository Limited and Central Depository Services Limited). The existing RTA, M/s GNSA Infotech Private Limited (?GNSA?), shall continue to act as the Registrar & Share Transfer Agent for the Company's debentures.
