BEIJING, Jan 8 (Reuters) - China's state council has approved a reorganization between Sinopec and China National Aviation Fuel Group, state asset regulator said on Thursday in a statement without providing any details.
The world's largest refiner by capacity, Sinopec Group, was in talks to buy the country's dominant jet fuel distributor CNAF in a government-initiated move, Bloomberg News reported last November.
