(Alliance News) - Telecom Italia Spa announced on Thursday that board member Stefano Siragusa has sold 1.2 million ordinary shares of the company.
The shares were sold at an average price of €0.4210 each, for a total value of €506,580.88.
TIM shares closed Thursday up 1.3% at €0.43 per share.

In his past career he occupied the position of Chairman of Infrastrutture Wireless Italiane SpA, Chairman for Telecom Italia Sparkle SpA, Managing Director & Senior Partner at Bain & Company Italy, Inc. and CEO, Executive Director, Head-HR & Organization at Hitachi Rail STS SpA. Mr. Siragusa received an undergraduate degree from Politecnico di Milano, an MBA from MIP Politecnico di Milano and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
