Construction consultancy Sitowise has signed an agreement to sell its entire Swedish subsidiary, Sitowise Sverige, to Sweco. The business, which provides engineering consultancy services in areas including structural engineering, building technology, and infrastructure, generated revenue of 26 million euros in 2025 and employed approximately 265 people, but was loss-making.
The parties have agreed on an enterprise value of approximately 3 million euros, plus a potential earn-out of up to 2 million euros linked to long-term lease commitments.
The transaction is expected to close during the third quarter of 2026 and is projected to improve Sitowise's profitability and cash flow. The company's Swedish digital business, Sitowise Digital Solutions, is not included in the sale.
