Skyroot Aerospace Pvt. Ltd. announced that it has received INR 5,700,000,000 ($60,000,000) in a round of funding co-led by returning investors, Sherpalo Ventures, and GIC Private Limited on May 7, 2026. The transaction included participation from returning investors, Arkam Ventures, Greenko Group PLC, new investors, Playbook Partners, MABS Enterprises LLP, new lender, funds managed by BlackRock, Inc. invested INR 942,512,000 and Shanghvi Family and existing investors.
The company has issued compulsorily convertible preference shares and structured debt in the transaction. The company has raised the funding at pre-money valuation of INR 103,676,320,000 ($1,100,000,000). The company has raised INR 15,000,000,000 ($160,000,000) in funding till date.
As a part of the transaction, Ram Shriram of Sherpalo Ventures will join the company's board of directors.
