Company announced that due to current market conditions, SM Prime Holdings, Inc. has decided to defer the fourth tranche of Fixed Rate Bonds in the aggregate principal amount of up to Twelve Billion Pesos (PHP 12,000,000,000.00) Fixed Rate Bonds, with an oversubscription option of up to Six Billion Pesos (PHP 6,000,000,000.00) consisting of 5.75-year Series AE Bonds (due on 2032) and 10-year Series AF Bonds (due on 2036) until further notice.
