Pharmaceutical company Sobi is presenting new data from the pegcetacoplan development program at the ERA 2026 congress in Glasgow, held from June 3–6. The presentations are being conducted alongside Apellis Pharmaceuticals, which is now part of Biogen.
The materials include new analyses from the Phase 3 Valiant study and the Vale long-term extension, evaluating pegcetacoplan for the treatment of C3 glomerulopathy and primary immune complex-mediated membranoproliferative glomerulonephritis. The findings cover treatment response, disease progression, long-term clinical benefit, as well as the drug's safety and tolerability profile.
Additional presentations focus on disease burden and epidemiology based on real-world clinical practice data.
