EQT is considering selling its ownership stake in the SaaS company Thinkproject, according to information provided to Bloomberg News.

The private equity firm is working with Arma Partners to gauge potential interest. A deal could value Thinkproject at up to €1.5 billion, according to a source.

Discussions are ongoing and no transaction is guaranteed. EQT declined to comment on the matter. EQT acquired Thinkproject from TA Associates in 2020 for an undisclosed amount.
