In respect of 2025 the Directors of St. James's Place plc recommended a 2025 final dividend of 12.00 pence per share for the year ended 31 December 2025 (2024: 12.00 pence per share). This amounts to £63.3 million based on the number of shares in issue on 31 December 2025 and will, subject to shareholder approval at the Annual General Meeting, be paid on 8 May 2026 to those shareholders on the register as at 27 March 2026.
