Standard Chartered PLC announced that Diane Jurgens, independent non-executive director, will be appointed to the board of Infosys Limited, a company listed on the National Stock Exchange of India Limited, BSE Limited and New York Stock Exchange, as an independent non-executive director, with effect from April 22, 2026.
