Ms. Princey Mehra brings over 17 years of accomplished experience across India's leading insurance organizations, driving excellence in regulatory compliance, governance, and risk management. Currently heading the comprehensive compliance frameworks and regulatory integrity initiatives at Star Health, she has previously held pivotal roles at Aviva Life Insurance, Max Life, Pramerica Life, and Hero Insurance Broking.
A seasoned professional with the ability to translate complex regulatory frameworks into agile, business-aligned governance model that uphold integrity without compromising growth. During her impactful stint as Head of Regulatory Compliance and Principal Officer for Aviva's GIFT City business, she successfully led the setup of governance and compliance architecture in a complex, fast- evolving regulatory landscape. Princey's domain expertise spans Regulatory Compliance, Anti-Money Laundering, PoSH at the Workplace, Conduct Risk, Business Ethics, and Thematic Audits.
She is also known for her leadership in compliance automation, regulatory advocacy, and training, enabling senior leadership and boards to navigate regulatory requirements with confidence. She holds a Master's degree in accounting and finance from Calcutta University.
