Star Petroleum Refining Public Company Limited propose to the shareholders at the 2026 AGM to acknowledge the interim dividend payment of USD 20 million or equivalent to THB 0.15 per share, paid on 5 September 2025 and to approve the payment of annual dividend payment for the year 2025 in the amount of USD 62 million. After deduction of the interim dividend payment of USD 20 million, the remaining dividend to be paid is approximate USD 42 million or THB 1,301 million, which is equivalent to THB 0.30 per share. Including the interim dividend payment at THB 0.15 per share, the annual dividend payment is THB 0.45 per share, which is not subjected to the corporate income tax due to the company's loss carried forward, therefore it is not entitled to tax credit. The dividend payment (Record Date) will be on 6th March 2026 and the dividend payment will be paid on 8th May
2026. The right to receive dividend is not confirmed until the approval is granted by the 2026 AGM.

Its products include liquefied petroleum gas (LPG), polymer grade propylene (PGP), chemical grade naphtha, premium and regular grades of gasoline, jet fuel, diesel, fuel oil, and asphalt. The Company, through its subsidiary, Star Fuels Marketing Limited (SFL), is an exclusive licensee of Caltex fuels in Thailand. SFL distributes a range of fuels, including premium and regular diesel, gasohol, unleaded gasoline, commercial and industrial fuels, and aviation fuel. SFL operates a network of approximately 450 service stations throughout Thailand. Its commercial and industrial unit supplies over 200 wholesalers in commercial, industrial, automobile, and marine sectors.
