Antonio Filosa joined the Fiat Group in 1999, where he steadily rose through the ranks, holding increasingly senior positions. He notably managed the Betim plant in Brazil and later headed Purchasing for the Latin America region.
In 2016, he was appointed CEO of Fiat in Argentina and, two years later, became Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Fiat Chrysler Automobiles for Latin America.
Following the creation of Stellantis in 2021, he was named COO for South America. In 2023, he took over as CEO of the Jeep® brand. In October 2024, he was appointed COO for North America, and in December of the same year, his remit was extended to include both North and South America. In January 2025, he was also appointed Chief Quality Officer.
Antonio Filosa holds a master’s degree in engineering from Politecnico di Milano (Italy) and an executive MBA from Fundação Dom Cabral (Brazil). He currently lives in Michigan, USA.
