The Stockholm Stock Exchange is poised to open lower on Thursday after the U.S. launched fresh strikes against Iran amid ongoing peace negotiations.

Euro Stoxx 50 futures are down 0.45 percent, FTSE 100 futures are retreating 0.41 percent, and DAX futures have declined 0.27 percent.

U.S. S&P 500 futures are up 0.40 percent.

Theope Seed Capital increased its holding in blood analysis company Cellavision by 125,000 shares on June 8-9. The total purchase price amounts to 15.98 million kronor, at an average price of 127.86 kronor per share. Theope is linked to Cellavision's founder and board member Christer Fåhraeus.

British testing and certification firm Intertek stated in a press release that EQT has requested more time to complete its confirmatory due diligence and internal decision-making process ahead of a potential acquisition of the company.
