The Stockholm Stock Exchange is expected to open mixed on Monday. Notable news flow includes a takeover bid for Cint at a 33 percent premium.

Euro Stoxx 50 futures are up 0.09 percent, FTSE 100 futures are flat at 0.00 percent, and DAX futures are rising 0.22 percent.

The bidding consortium TriCarbs Bidco has launched a recommended cash offer for consumer insights company Cint at 5.60 SEK per share. The offer price represents a 33 percent premium over Friday's closing price. The bid values the company at just under 2 billion SEK.

Cint also released its Q1 report, which showed an increase in EBITA to 4.6 million euros, while earnings per share remained unchanged.

British testing and certification firm Intertek has rejected an indicative cash bid from private equity firm EQT at 54 GBP per share. The board considers that the offer undervalues the company and its future prospects. EQT now has until May 14 to submit a formal bid or withdraw from the process.

Biotech company Cantargia reports early results from a clinical study with the antibody nadunolimab in the blood cancers MDS and AML. The treatment was well tolerated and showed an acceptable safety profile. In a small group with high-risk MDS, all evaluable patients achieved complete remission, according to preliminary data.

Real estate investment company Fastator is postponing the publication of its 2025 annual report to May 20, from the previously scheduled April 29. Simultaneously, the Annual General Meeting is moved from June 2 to June 16. The delay is due to increased complexity following several events, including recapitalization, property divestments, and ongoing negotiations with bondholders.

Carl Bennet has, through his companies, conducted several insider transactions, increasing his holding by 500,000 shares in the medtech company Getinge, where he is also a board member and major shareholder. The total purchase price amounts to approximately 97 million SEK.

A series of analyst notes were released this morning, noting that SEB upgrades Humana to buy (hold), reiterating a target price of 50 SEK.

SEB upgrades Lifco to buy (hold), target price 340 SEK (300).

Pareto Securities downgrades Castellum to hold (buy), target price 130 SEK (135).

SB1 Markets downgrades Castellum to neutral (buy), reiterating a target price of 130 SEK.
