The Stockholm Stock Exchange opened Thursday's trading session with lower prices.

Quarterly reports poured in throughout the morning, leading to significant price swings among many reporting companies, as is often the case. Among the winners were Cint and Ovzon, while Ework and Viaplay emerged as the day's report losers. Oncopeptides' report was overshadowed by the announcement that the company is carrying out a rights issue of 200 million kronor.

After 30 minutes of trading, the OMXS30 index was down 0.29 percent at 3,156.87. During the day, the index has fluctuated between a low of -0.37 percent and a high of -0.08 percent.

The broader OMXSPI was down 0.20 percent.
