President Donald Trump wrote on Truth Social that an agreement has been reached following intense negotiations, and the official signing ceremony will take place in Switzerland on Friday, June 19. The boards of infrastructure network company Netel and construction firm Infrea have agreed to execute a business combination through a merger in accordance with the Companies Act. The merger will be carried out with Netel absorbing Infrea. Four shares in Infrea will yield seventeen new shares in Netel. Furthermore, Netel is conducting a rights issue of up to SEK 202m in connection with the merger.
Pharmaceutical giant AstraZeneca has received U.S. approval for Truqap in combination with abiraterone and prednisone for the treatment of adult patients with PTEN-deficient metastatic hormone-sensitive prostate cancer. This marks the first and only targeted treatment for this patient group in the U.S.
Technology company Mycronic has received an order for an SLX mask writer from a new customer in Europe. The order value amounts to between $6m and $8m, with delivery planned for the third quarter of this year.
Fiber communications company Hexatronic's Deputy CEO and Head of Business Area Data Center, Martin Åberg, has decided to leave the company to focus on his private investments. Åberg will remain in his role until a successor has been appointed. He has been a member of the group management team since 2014.
Lightning Group has signed an agreement to acquire all shares in the lighting company Aura Light. Last year, the acquisition target had a turnover of SEK 280m with an operating loss of SEK 17m. Lightning Group is conducting a rights issue of SEK 23m to finance the acquisition.
