Appliance manufacturer Electrolux has decided to close its factory in Santiago, Chile, during April. The decision follows a review of cost competitiveness and affects approximately 400 employees. A restructuring charge of approximately SEK 500 million will impact operating profit in the first quarter of 2026, of which approximately SEK 200 million will affect cash flow.
On March 31, security firm Securitas divested Global Elite Group, part of its U.S. airport operations, to a subsidiary of HIG Capital. Global Elite Group is a U.S.-based provider of security services to airports, airlines, and airport-related companies in the U.S., with 1,800 employees. In 2025, the business generated revenue of USD 100 million, equivalent to SEK 1 billion.
The board of gaming equipment company Fractal Gaming is proposing no dividend for 2025. In connection with the year-end report in early February, it was stated that the board would return to the dividend issue at a later date.
