The Stockholm Stock Exchange appears set for a recovery attempt on Tuesday, with futures pointing toward a slightly higher opening.

New data from the SBAB Booli Housing Price Index showed that residential property prices increased by 1 percent in May.

Several key macroeconomic data points are expected from international markets on Tuesday. Preliminary CPI figures for the eurozone are due before noon. Shortly after the Wall Street opening, labor market data in the form of JOLTS is expected.

Euro Stoxx 50 futures are up 0.66 percent, FTSE 100 futures are rising 0.37 percent, and DAX futures are gaining 0.58 percent.

U.S. S&P 500 futures are down 0.22 percent.

Significant news has emerged in this morning's flow, highlighted by two Swedish companies entering into partnerships with American giants.

ABB is expanding its collaboration with Nvidia to allow data center operators to simulate and optimize power systems for AI infrastructure prior to construction. The partnership builds on the companies' 2025 initiatives regarding 800 VDC architecture for next-generation AI data centers.

Cybersecurity firm Yubico is partnering with OpenAI. Starting June 1, OpenAI will require users in Trusted Access for Cyber (TAC) to enable Advanced Account Security to access the company's most advanced AI models and extended permissions. Yubico provides hardware-based passkeys via Yubikey.

Defense company Saab remains active, securing an order from the Swedish Defence Materiel Administration (FMV) for sensors and command systems for the army's air defense. The contract is valued at SEK 1.2 billion, with deliveries scheduled for 2029-2030.

Lock manufacturer Assa Abloy is expanding its Canadian operations through the acquisition of Sentinel Dock & Door, which reported revenues of approximately SEK 1 billion last year. The acquisition is expected to be accretive to earnings per share from the outset.

Sivers Semiconductor, currently in focus, also announced a partnership with an international giant, this time Globalfoundries. Together, the companies will develop silicon photonics for AI infrastructure.

Construction firm Skanska announced two new deals: a SEK 360 million investment in Warsaw and an order of the same amount in Tampere.

This morning, Oddo initiated coverage of Securitas with an outperform rating and a price target of SEK 210.
