In this morning's news flow, research company Xspray Pharma has received a Complete Response Letter from the FDA, which currently does not approve the application for Nilopki. The agency points to three remaining issues, and the company aims to resubmit the application as soon as possible.
Medical technology company Sectra reports increased sales and earnings for the fourth quarter, while order intake fell. Operating profit rose to SEK 209 million from 199 million. The company is raising its ordinary dividend to SEK 1.30 (1.10) and also proposes an extra dividend of SEK 1 (1).
Among other news, gaming giant Bally's Intralot has launched a recommended bid to acquire all shares in the British betting company Evoke. Evoke shareholders are offered 0.537 new Intralot shares per share, representing a value of 52 pence per share. The deal thus values Evoke at approximately SEK 3.1 billion. The offer represents a premium of 138 percent compared to the share price prior to Evoke's strategic review in December 2025, where the company also opened the door to a potential sale.

SEB resumes coverage on Pandox with a buy rating and a target price of SEK 205.
