At the 1:00 p.m. close, the OMXS30 index was up 0.66 percent at 3,060.48. Shares worth approximately 18.3 billion kronor were traded on the Stockholm Stock Exchange.
Among the major industrial sectors, telecommunications performed best with a 2.2 percent gain. At the other end of the spectrum, energy lagged behind, falling 0.7 percent.
Among the blue-chip stocks in the OMXS30 index, Telia rose 2.5 percent while Tele 2 B gained 2.2 percent. EQT saw the weakest performance, dropping 1.9 percent, while Assa Abloy B declined 0.6 percent.
Measurement technology firm Hexagon presented new financial targets for 2026-2030 at its capital markets day. The company is targeting average organic revenue growth of 4-6 percent and an EBITAC margin of 24-26 percent. The stock closed unchanged.
Specialist mortgage bank Enity doubled its operating profit in the first quarter compared to the same period last year, despite an increase in credit losses. The report met a harsh reception, sending the stock down 21 percent.
