Stream U.S. Data Centers, L.L.C. entered into a purchase and sale agreement to acquire Certain real property and related assets located in the Town of Alabama from Plug Power Inc. (NasdaqCM:PLUG) for an estimated $140 million on February 24, 2026. The transaction is subject to approval by regulatory board / committee. The expected completion of the transaction is June 30, 2026.

Plug Power Inc. is engaged in offering end-to-end green hydrogen ecosystem, from production, storage, and delivery to energy generation, to help its customers meet their business goals.
