Sunbelt Rentals announced the following executive officers: John Washburn as Chief Operating Officer, Barbara Clark as Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer, Lynne Fuller-Andrews as Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary, Kyle Horgan as Executive Vice President, Specialty, and Brad Lull as Executive Vice President, Strategy and Business Development. In connection with the completion of the U.S. Redomiciliation, the directors of Ashtead prior to the completion of the U.S. Redomiciliation became the directors of Sunbelt Rentals. In addition, in connection with the U.S. Redomiciliation, Sunbelt Rentals replicated the structure of the committees of the board of directors that previously were in place for Ashtead.
