The Board of Directors of Sustainable Energy Infra Investment Managers Private Limited acting in its capacity as Investment Manager of Sustainable Energy Infra Trust at their meeting held on October 31, 2025. The Board based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, approved the appointment of Ms. Ilaa Udeshi as Company Secretary & Key Managerial Personnel of Investment Manager and Compliance Officer of SEIT with effect from November 1, 2025. The Board of Directors took note of the cessation of Mr. Devjeet Ghosh as Compliance Officer of SEIT with effect from November 1, 2025, and he will continue to act as the General Counsel, Chief Compliance Officer and Key Managerial Personnel of the Investment Manager with effect from November 1, 2025.
