Engineering consultancy Sweco has acquired Belgian firm Conix RDBM Architects, which posted a turnover of approximately €7.6 million, equivalent to about SEK 82 million. The information comes from a press release.

Conix employs 50 people and is expected to strengthen Sweco's position in large-scale sustainable urban development. Consolidation is anticipated to take place as of April 30.

Sweco and Conix have previously collaborated on joint client projects.
