On February 11, Dariush Rezai, head of Sweco's Danish operations, acquired 2,130 class B shares in the engineering consultancy firm Sweco. The shares were purchased at a price of SEK 141.23 each, amounting to a total transaction value of SEK 300,800. The transaction was executed on Nasdaq Stockholm, according to the Financial Supervisory Authority's insider registry.

As of September 12 last year, Rezai owned 7,865 shares in Sweco, according to shareholder service Holdings.
