Sweco Ab has appointed Marie Wennerberg as Head of Communications at Sweco Sweden, with overall responsibility for external and internal communications, press, marketing and employer branding. Marie Wennerberg started at Vectura in 2011 and joined Sweco with the acquisition in 2014. After a couple of years at Swedavia, she returned to Sweco in the role of Group Manager for Corporate Communications.
Marie has also worked with communications and marketing at Nordea and Uppsala Municipality. Marie Wennerberg will take office on April 1, 2026 and will be part of the management team for Business Support Operations and the group-wide Communication Council, as well as part of Sweco Sweden's crisis team. Current Communications Manager Emma Månson is moving on to new challenges outside Sweco.
